The Joy of Designing: A look at Some of my Previous Projects

One thing about me-- I genuinely love creating contents with deigns, graphics, carousels, or videos. During my school days, I enjoy designing assignments which include presentations, infographics, awareness flyer and so on, I find it incredibly therapeutic. I designed for startup brands and complete social media page branding for some.

There is something so satisfying about turning hours of research and preparation into visually appealing designs. Take a look at some of my previous projects.

Social Media Management Projects

I managed @Btflw_star - Zoe Elite’s Instagram page, I'm in charge of planning content, visuals design, and engagement with the audience. Within a month, profile reach increased by 55% and engagement grew steadily

Lavory properties complete branding. This brand deals with housing properties, owning and selling of houses, real estate at the side as well. Here is the logo I designed for the brand and other design for their social media page.

Calendar and Meeting Management

I managed my client's calendar to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings and deadlines. I also sent timely Zoom meeting reminders to keep communication clear and improve attendance. These tasks helped streamline organization and efficiency.

I created a weekly schedule for myself and a client , it includes Client calls, admin works, email management and also time for break/self-time.

Travel research, Booking and Itinerary

I handled complete travel planning, from researching travel options and booking flights to creating clear, organized itineraries. These samples show how I helped clients save time and stress by finding the best travel routes, managing bookings, and presenting trip details in a clean, easy-to-follow format.

Whether for business trips or personal getaways, I make sure everything is well-arranged and aligned with the client’s schedule and preferences

Email Management

Here’s a snapshot of an inbox I organized. I filtered emails, created custom labels, and grouped messages to make everything neat and easy to find. This helped the client save time and focus on what truly mattered, without missing important messages.

Data Entry, Research and Research

This is a Google Sheet I created to track a client’s monthly expenses. I organized all entries clearly, categorized spending, and added a bar graph for quick visual analysis. This made it easier for the client to monitor their finances and make informed decisions.

I enjoy organizing messy data into neat, useful formats, especially when it helps clients stay in control of their business or personal budgets

I designed this Google Sheet for my personal growth as a Virtual Assistant. It includes a structured layout to track completed tasks, ongoing activities, and pending goals using checkboxes for statuses like "Done," "In Progress," and "Not Started."

This system helped me stay accountable, organized, and consistent throughout my learning journey—and it's a great example of how I apply practical tools to stay productive and focused.

Content Calendar Management

This is a content calendar I created for a client to plan and organize their social media posts. It includes post dates, platforms, content themes, and status updates to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

By mapping out content in advance, I helped the client stay consistent, save time, and maintain a clear content strategy across platforms
